Soundful Global Tracks, Loops, and any created tracks under the Standard and Content Creator plans are non-exclusive, meaning other users can also use the same sounds as you without infringing on any future songs or projects you create using that track and vice versa. Tracks belonging to active Music Creator Plus users or created tracks whose copyrights have been purchased are under an exclusive license.Yes.
All users have a royalty-free license for every track and loop that you download from Soundful.Any active discount codes will be advertised on our website for current or future users to use.

Soundful's Global Tracks are royalty-free and under a non-exclusive license. This means that any Soundful member can use these tracks freely but can not re-sell or sub-license them.If you would like to sell any of your Soundful tracks as is you will need to own the copyright of that track. Copyright of all created tracks is owned by Soundful but is available for sale to active Music Creator Plus subscribers who wish to stream, sell, sub-license, or distribute the music they create OR would like maintain rights to monetize the music after canceling their subscription.
To purchase the copyright of a track you create on Soundful you can do so through our Copyright Lite process from your My Library page or through the available bundling on the Plan Details page.
Can I sell the tracks I download and license them as my own?
Premium Plan members can sell and license any of their created tracks once they purchase the copyright for that specific track.Copyright must be purchased to stream on services like Spotify or Apple Music
Music Creator Plus members can purchase the copyright for their created tracks! This allows you to stream, sell, sub-license, distribute OR monetize outside of an active Music Creator Plus plan.Yes!

Under our premium plans, members are free to use music created on Soundful in monetized content across all social media platforms and websites. Monetization licenses vary under these premium plans: Content Creator plan members will have access to monetization even after plan cancellation. Any of our premium plan members have access to unlimited monetization across social platforms.Under the Standard plan, tracks can not be used for commercial use. If you would like to use Soundful tracks for commercial use you will need to be an active premium plan member.

There are a few ways you can cancel your Premium Plan
1. You can downgrade or cancel your subscription anytime from the plan details page.
2. You can remove your payment information from the payment plan section.
3. You can manually select the Standard Plan
NOTE: Your license to monetize tracks created on Soundful or use of Soundful music on monetized content will expire upon Music Creator Plus plan cancellation. If you wish to continue monetizing you will need to purchase the copyright for your tracks before cancellation or use the Content Creator plan.

First, you will need to be a Premium Plan member. After your account is upgraded, please reach out to Soundful Support with the following information to get contracting started:
1. The first and last name of the future track owner (this must be an individual and not a group or business)
2. The email associated with the Soundful account
3. The track name as it appears in your My Library (this must match exactly as it is in Soundful as our system is case sensitive)
Once that information is received and confirmed, a Pandadoc contract will be sent to the provided email for review and signing.
After signing payment will be completed through the card attached to your Soundful account - please ensure this information is up to date and accurate.
Finally, a STEM pack will be added to your Soundful account for use with your newly purchased track.
In your My Library select the Types button. This will allow you to see just your saved track, loops, or both.

You can create a track in a few different ways:
1. Click the create button
at any time from the player at the bottom of the screen. Then select Similar, Track, or Loop.2. Hover over any template and click the create button
and then select create preview
To download one of your created tracks go to My Library and select the Get button on your desired track.
A popup will appear prompting you to select a download option. This popup will also show you how many of each download type is available. Select Render & Download.
A new popup will appear confirming your track is in the process of downloading.
NOTE: STEM and .wav downloads may take longer depending on your network connection
Once your render is completed you will receive an email stating your track is ready for downloading.
You can download by selecting the Download button (previously Get).
A popup will appear prompting you to select what file types you wish to download your track as. You can select multiple file types if you have the available downloads.
NOTE: One monthly download will allow for you to download both the .mp3 and .wav of your track
After selecting your desired download formats, Soundful will notify you when the download has been completed through onsite popups.
Congratulations! You now have a one of a kind Soundful track!
STEM bundles are available for purchase for our Premium users under Plan Details (Bell Icon) in the Additional Bundles section.
These bundles will not reset monthly and will remain with your account until used even if you decide to downgrade to Standard.
How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes can be entered upon purchase through the Plan Details.Soundful allows you to produce studio quality tracks in seconds. By simply choosing a genre and template, visitors to Soundful can quickly craft the right music for any purpose.
Today, Soundful sources all of its sounds that go into the creation of its music, and through our human-aided AI our platform writes, produces each song uniquely.
As a result, Soundful is able to provide our users the ability to download and use any track they like royalty-free based on the user's subscription tier.
Currently our copyright is starting at $50.00/track and includes the full ownership of the track licenses as well as a STEM pack with purchase!
Music Creator Plus members have the ability to purchase their copyright individually from their My Library page or through bundles (5 or 15) through the Plan Details page!

Our loops are generated from scratch each time and can vary in complexity. This can create some unique samples!
Yes. All tracks created through Soundful come with royalty-free licenses suitable for professional and commercial use. Our business plans are designed to give teams confidence that every asset is cleared for global distribution.
Our Premium plans currently offer 100 or 300 track downloads (dependent on plan) and unlimited template usage and monetization. However, in order to ensure that all of our customers have access to a high-quality experience, we have implemented a fair use policy. Under this policy, members will be prompted should they exceed the daily limit set for track generation/downloads. This is to prevent:
- Disruption of the ordinary flow and operation of any portion of the Service, including causing a screen to scroll faster than another user may be able to type in a chat room or bulletin board environment;
- Interference with or disruption of the Service or any server or network involved with the operation of the Service
No, at this time we do not yet have an available app for download.
Soundful is best experienced on your desktop. It can also be used to create on the go through your phone’s browser but functionality and support may be limited.Standard Plan members get:
- 10 downloads per month

When you are in the My Library you will see the following icons to the left of your track information:
From left to right:
Favorite Icon : Favorites your track. This will also add it to your Favorites menu under the Tracks section
Edit Icon : Allows for the track to be edited. If this icon is grayed out then the track has been downloaded and can no longer be edited in Soundful
Share Icon : You can share any of your tracks through WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Email, or by getting a direct link to the track itself
Get/Download Icon : Before a track is downloaded this button will show as Get. This will start the rendering process. Once rendering is complete it will change to the download icon. This track will also then appear in your Downloads menu
What happens to my track licenses if I downgrade?
Content Creator plan members can continue their monetization even after subscription cancellation.Music Creator Plus plan members will need to de-monetize any monetized tracks upon subscription termination. Should you wish to continue monetizing without having an active Music Creator Plus plan you will need to purchase the copyright for that track.
Your tracks will remain in your Soundful library as long as your Soundful account is active, regardless of any plan changes.
We will store the tracks you've created on the platform and those tracks you've downloaded as part of your subscription will always be available. Your license to monetize music on streaming platforms or use music on monetized content across online ads and social platforms will expire upon plan cancellation.
Copyright of tracks are available for sale for active Premium Plan members who wish to terminate their subscription, but maintain rights to monetize music created with Soundful.
A genre is a category of music.
There are MANY different genres out there but some of our most popular ones are LoFi, Hip Hop, and Moods & Themes.Global Tracks are pre-generated tracks that are available to all Soundful users for royalty free use.
Global Tracks are under a non-exclusive license, meaning that no individual user can own the copyright for them. These tracks are great for use in your videos or projects, as creative starting points to create Similar tracks from, or to download and manipulate into your next hit song!A loop is a repeating part of a song created by different instruments or devices.
Our loops are typically 30 seconds long and are under a non-exclusive license, meaning that no individual user can own the copyright for them. Soundful loops are great for building up or adding to your existing projects or mixing into a Soundful track.A template is a sub-genre of music.
It’s our way of getting you closer to the perfect track needed for your project and lets you explore music you may not have even considered before!Every Soundful user has a My Library that is unique to them. This section holds all your saved or favorited tracks, loops, and templates.
It is your go to spot to see how many downloads you have available as well as the place to search, download, and sort all your tracks, loops, and templates. Let’s break it down by section. The top section of the My Library shows your account details including: how many tracks you’ve created, your name, how many .mp3 and .wav downloads you have available (music note icon), how many monthly STEMs you have remaining (calendar icon), and how many STEMs you have purchased (receipt icon).
NOTE: If you purchase a copyright, your included STEM pack will appear in the receipt icon location and does not expireBelow the account details are the menus for your created tracks that you have saved (Creations), your favorited Global Tracks and templates (Favorites), and your downloaded tracks and loops (Downloads)
For Creations and Downloads you can sort your tracks by Type (track or loop), Genre, Template, BPM and Key.Your tracks will also display this information: Title, Genre, Template, BPM, Key, Duration, and Date Created
Your Favorites menu will have two sections: Templates and Tracks. Your Tracks section can be sorted the same way as Creations and Downloads
If you are not completely satisfied with your Soundful subscription, we offer a refund policy that allows customers to receive a refund provided they have not used any of the premium features of the plan they subscribed to. Please note that once you have started using premium features, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, and the use of premium features will act as a waiver of your withdrawal right.
We also encourage all customers to use our Free plan to evaluate whether the paid offerings are suitable for them or not outside of the Premium locked features. No refund can be made due to dissatisfaction based on features available across all plans.
Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the plan member to downgrade to the free plan or disable auto-renewal of their subscription when they no longer wish to continue paying for the Services. Please note that no refund will be made if the plan member forgets to cancel their subscription.
A loop is small set of sounds that has been edited to be repeated seamlessly. Tracks are full length songs that don't necessarily repeat seamlessly. Loops are a great way to add a little spice to your track, whether it's a simple drum beat or shaker sample!

Created tracks under this plan are under an exclusive license, meaning the tracks you make can only be used by you for the duration of your subscription.
Music Creator Plus plan members have access to:
- Royalty-free music
- Unlimited personal use on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Podcasts, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo and any future platforms
- Unlimited monetization across social platforms such as Tiktok, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram
- Non-Perpetual license meaning monetization for tracks ends upon subscription termination
Streaming is available through this plan once you purchase the copyright for your created track separately!
This plan allows for non-monetized use of Soundful tracks in personal and social projects.
Standard Plan members have access to:
- unlimited track creation
- unlimited personal use on TikTok, Youtube, Twitch, Podcasts, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo and any future platform
- 25+ free templates
Standard Plan members will need to upgrade if they would like:
- monetization licensing across social platforms or streaming platforms
- copyright ownership for resale and ownership of their created Soundful tracks
- use of Soundful tracks without credit to Soundful
- access to all Soundful templates
Global Tracks are pre-created songs that are browsable, playable, and downloadable by all users.
The Global Tracks section is a great place from where you can get inspiration, just listen, or create similar tracks. You can search and browse this section to find exactly what you are looking for without having to create a track yourself.
My Library holds all of the Global Tracks that you favorited or tracks you created and saved. This section is unique to you and can not be accessed by other users.
Similar allows you to generate a track that is from the same template as your currently selected track
Track will pull up the Track Generation menu, letting you customize what genre and template you want to create a track from regardless of your currently selected track
Loop will pull up the Loop Generation menu, letting you customize what genre and template you want to create
Music Creator Plus subscribers can purchase copyright for their created tracks at any point during their subscription.
Copyright should be purchased if:
- You wish to sell or sub-license your tracks as your own on platforms
- You wish to monetize your tracks without an active Premium Plan
- You wish to stream your tracks on streaming platforms
Who owns the Master License of downloaded Soundful tracks?
The Master License will be owned by Soundful. Soundful allows royalty-free monetized use of any downloaded track to premium plan members.
If a premium plan member wishes to own the Master License of their created tracks they can purchase the copyright to any of their tracks from Soundful through the Music Creator Plus plan.
Your monthly downloads will reset based on your signup date (Standard) or your upgrade date (Premium).
Example: If you signed up January 1st then your monthly downloads will reset on February 1st
There may be two reasons your discount code is not working:
1. Our codes are case sensitive. Please try entering in all upper case.
2. The code you are attempting to use is no longer active.

MP3 and WAV download times can vary depending on your network connection. If you find that your MP3 or WAV files have not appeared in your downloads folder within 15 minutes please contact support@soundful.com for assistance.
STEM file load times can vary depending on your network connection. If you find that your STEM zip file has not appeared in your downloads folder within 24 hours please contact support@soundful.com for assistance.
Available Downloads/STEMs will reset every month
Your STEMs and Downloads do not carry over month to month and will reset on the same date that you created your account (Standard) or when you upgraded (Premium plans).Example: If you upgraded to Premium on January 15th, your available free STEM downloads will reset on February 15th.

You always get a unique track. The same track will NEVER be created more than once.
NOTE: Because of Soundful's unique track design, it's important to save any track that you might want to return to or download. If a track is not saved after generation you will not be able to get that unique track layout again!
