Can I use tracks from Soundful for commercial use?

Under the Standard plan, tracks can not be used for commercial use. If you would like to use Soundful tracks for commercial use you will need to be an active premium plan member.

Is there a download limit?

Our Premium plans currently offer 100 or 300 track downloads (dependent on plan) and unlimited template usage and monetization. However, in order to ensure that all of our customers have access to a high-quality experience, we have implemented a fair use policy. Under this policy, members will be prompted should they exceed the daily limit set for track generation/downloads. This is to prevent:

• Disruption of the ordinary flow and operation of any portion of the Service, including causing a screen to scroll faster than another user may be able to type in a chat room or bulletin board environment;
• Interference with or disruption of the Service or any server or network involved with the operation of the Service

We apologize for any frustrations this may cause but believe that this policy is necessary to ensure that all of our Soundful creators have access to fast creation and unique tracks. 

What do I get with Music Creator Plus plan?

This plan is perfect for artists and producers looking to take their creativity to the next level and would like to have access to acquire full copyright

The Music Creator Plus plan offers access to:

• 300 downloads per month (MP3/WAV downloads for loops and tracks)
• 10 STEM pack per month (STEM download for loops and tracks. This includes individual STEMs, MIDI, and .WAV of the mixed and mastered versions)
• Covered for social media, online platforms and websites
• Publish content for businesses
• Use for digital ads
• Exclusive license for your created tracks with an active subscription (No other Soundful user will have access to use your created Soundful tracks while you have an active Music Creator Plus plan. If you wish to sell or sub-license your music OR continue monetizing without an active Music Creator Plus subscription, full-copyright is available for purchase)
• Copyright available for purchase (Including but not limited to DSP, TV shows and TV ads, Commercial streaming and VOD, redistribution/selling, and sublicensing)
• Access to Premium content
• Access to over 100 templates

The Content Creator plan offers access to:

• 100 downloads per month (MP3/WAV downloads for loops and tracks)
• 1 STEM pack per month (STEM download for loops and tracks. This includes individual STEMs, MIDI, and .WAV of the mixed and mastered versions)
• Covered for social media, online platforms and websites
• Publish content for businesses
• Use for digital ads
• Non-exclusive, perpetual license for your created tracks (Other premium Soundful subscribers can use your tracks, and the music you download while subscribed can be used on your content forever.)

Will my Downloads/STEMs reset every month or will they stack?

Available Downloads/STEMs will reset every month

Your STEMs and Downloads do not carry over month to month and will reset on the same date that you created your account (Standard) or when you upgraded (Premium plans).

Example: If you upgraded to Premium on January 15th, your available free STEM downloads will reset on February 15th.
